KÖYKA Project — Iğdır Village Primary and Secondary School

As the Rotaract and Rotary Clubs of Mersin, we carried out our KÖYKA project at Iğdır Village Primary and Secondary School. Op. Dr. Nihal Çınar Özcan gave the village women a presentation on early diagnosis, breast and cervical cancer, and organ donation; psychological counselor Dilşad Budak spoke about family communication, domestic violence, peer bullying, child abuse and exam anxiety; and agricultural engineer Mehmet Ünver gave the village’s farmers a presentation on modernization in agriculture, disasters and the environment.
